• Cracking or breakage under normal conditions of use
• Manufacturing or material defect
• Problem related to our production process

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or negligence, including but not limited to:

• Eating, drinking, or smoking with the grillz
• Fold them or try to adjust them yourself
• Impacts, crushing, falls or exposure to chemicals
• Washing machine or excessive exposure to heat
• Loss or forgetting
• Natural tarnishing of silver
• Wear or discoloration of the gold plating (a normal phenomenon over time)
